Dr. Esfandiari abruptly sold her practice and informed us via email about her retirement less than 3 months after we had signed up. Had she told us that she was planning to retire, we would never have signed up for treatment. The new orthodontist Dr. Sheng Ge is unavailable. The office doesn't pick up calls and the number provided in their voicemail is a general dentist practice where they informed me that no one by that name works there. There is no provision for emergencies or what happens when their offices are closed.
We have put two kids through two rounds of orthodontic work and could not be happier with Dr. Esfandiari and her team. They are compassionate and professional, take time to explain everything and we have had great results. It always felt like we were the only ones in the room when we interacted. Dr. Esfandiari is very good at what she does.
