Hello- I visited my daughter over the holiday weekend, drove by the back part of the community, and saw all the trash sitting there for a couple of days. I hope this review shines some light on this issue and for management to see it.

Moving in to this neighborhood has been hell. Construction crew blocks me in to my garage and they don’t clean up after themselves. I am constantly having to move wood/trash that they keep putting steps away from my garage because they just mount it without any consideration of people living in the neighborhood. I’ve had to replace two tires because they don’t clean up after themselves and leave trash all over the area. As others have stated, they have very dubious business practices. Whatever you do, do not give them earnest money before you see the actual loan estimate. They claim you will get a certain amount by using their lender, then their lender charges you 10,000 in absolutely predatory fees. You are stuck with that lender and they will not price match other lenders. The builder and the lender work hand in hand a rather shady way to bait and switch. Go and buy from someone else.
