They don’t read referrals, and deny patients that have been treated at UCSF. This place is a JOKE and I’m about ready to drive my mother with BRAIN CANCER back to SAN FRANCISCO so that she doesn’t continue to deteriorate while they screw around and figure out if they can actually do the procedure they are supposed to be able to do there. I will be a shame to see Dr. Avent go. I wasn't really upset to see Dr. Tabrizi disappear in the night, but the lack of notice was disturbing. If & when Dr. Avent is gone, I will be looking for a different primary provider.
