This was my first visit to Tenenbaum Jewelers. I had previously shopped with Robin and her staff at The Queen of Heirs in Bellaire and was always satisfied with my many purchases. It was my go to place for classic jewelry. They are now associated with Tenenbaum Jewelers in the Galleria. The quoted time-frame for jewelry repair was not honored for my 3 items. I followed-up rather than customer service being proactive (Laura). My 1st item was not even touched when I came to pick it up, though I was told it was ready. Two of the items were sent to New York to an unknown jeweler with an unknown date of return. I was told they were "swamped," to the tune of a 3 week lag-time. I firmly do not recommend them.

Tenenbaum, specifically, Rudy, Laura ,and Tony are the best. Rudy greeted me and made me feel so comfortable in this truly elegant space. Laura researched and found the perfect diamond clasp for my pearls. Laura and Tony patiently and expertly made the two strands of pearls nest perfectly together on me. I am thrilled with the professional service, the attention to specific detail and the genuine personal attention.

What a wonderful place! There are so many pieces from all of the great jewelry houses and our seller, Rudy Hernandez, was so helpful in assisting us in selecting pieces for a recent Gala we attended. There are so many one of a kind treasures at Tenenbaum and Co. and the staff really helped us navigate the choices without feeling overwhelmed. They were knowledgable and steered us to the perfect pieces including a fabulous Van Cleef and Arpels brouche that was the talk of the Event.

I am extremely displeased by the management of this store or its owner (no longer Mr. Tenenbaum as it´s name would suggest be careful). I have tried in vain to reach management about a purchase I made last month and have not received any atention or comunication I feel bad to have to cancel through my CC service. It is a shame.

Great Experience! – Tenenbaum and Co had helpful and knowledgeable staff that was not pushy or overbearing. I did not find the specific piece I was looking for but I will definitely be back.
