I was highly disappointed with my experience this past weekend. As a new customer, I purchased the First Timer Package. My card was charged the $95 prior to service, but I did not mind because I assumed it was a reflection of the immaculate service I would receive. My appointment was at 8:30am. When I walked in the owner was unpleasant and unwelcoming. So typically I either forget or don’t make the time to write a review whether service is good or bad, but today I am so outdone I wanted to submit a review. I arrive for my 12pm appointment a little late like 5 minutes but was hoping it was okay. It was fine and I was even able to step out for 10 minutes to take care of business so I’m back about 12:20pm. The person doing my hair is still not done. Fine.
