We love Tendercare Pediatrics!! Dr. Clan helped us with pediatric care even before our son was born! He recommended extra newborn screenings ahead of time so we could have the paperwork and kit ready at the hospital. The doctors are so thorough and always focus on patient and family needs. I can always make an appointment the same day I call, and the staff really care about making us feel at ease. Dr. Joseph Clan and his staff are the best! They took excellent care of both our sons for nearly 22 years, until they "graduated" from pediatrics. They moved, we moved, but we still followed wherever they went for the wonderful care they provided. Charlotte and the rest of the staff was wonderful for taking care of any questions, paperwork and any insurance problems that came up. I highly recommend TenderCare Pediatrics!
Excellent pediatricians! Recommend highly. They are always concerned and helpful in taking care of my children.
Dr. Clan has been very nice; however the staff is a different story. If you have an issue with their procedures or attitude etc. You're told to talk to the office manager. Your unable to talk to the Dr's with any issues. You can not have your medical records forward to another pediatrician; they will not mail them or fax them to you or a new pediatrician. They close for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00. If you come early, just wait in your car, even if your child is sick. Because they will not open the doors. If you knock, this will ... read more

These doctors are the best around in my opinion. Dr. Clan and the other doctors do everything in there power to make sure that my children are taken care of to the fullest. Every time we call for an appointment we can almost always get in that day. I have never went into the office and waited longer than 10 minutes to see a doctor even if we are being worked in. I have no plans of ever changing doctors for my children I love these docots to death they are wonderful.

Please ignore any previous negative reviews. These are wonderful doctors and nurses who have bent over backwards to help me and my family for the past 4 years. They are very kind and usually can fit us in on the same day, even staying late, to make sure my children are well cared for when sick. I have come to know them well through well baby visits, ear infections, and a host of other kid issues that has us on a first name basis with most of the staff.
