Office told us that since we were out of network our insurance would only pay 50% instead of 80%...however, billing shows only 25% was covered (mostly because our $6k out of network deductible was not met)...we were never notified how much each session was going to be, so no way to know if this was the right fit. After 4 sessions @$240/hr no progress plan was developed to help our son with sensory processing issues. After we insisted on a development plan they still did not provide one. The therapist at tender touch are such awesome people ! My daughter loves it there !! And they generally care about your child and his or her needs !
They are fantastic! So much so my son doesn't want to leave lol
Wonderful place where kids can laugh, smile, cry, and yell and yet still come out ahead with all our love and care we put into what we do for them.
