Tender touch is absolutely horrible with outside insurance. We have been having issues with this place to actually do their jobs in submitting and itemizing everything for our insurance. It’s been about a year and we still haven’t had this resolved.

We started taking our 3year old daughter to Tendertouch during the summer of 2017 for in-toeing when she walked. Miss Lauren was absolutely wonderful with our daughter through her therapy, and our daughter made quick progress under her care. Our insurance would not cover the services through Tendertouch because it was out of our network, but we felt that the out of pocket costs were reasonable and well worth it for a therapist who specializes in pediatric p.t.
I brought my daughter in for a PT screening at a little over 1.5. She had bowed legs and was pigeon toed. Emily set everything for me and it was a great experience. I had my son with who at the time was 3. The girl who saw my daughter was super friendly and even got cars out for my son to play with to keep him busy while we talked about my daughter. I would recommend everyone to see them at Tender Touch! Especially Emily Kron! She’s the sweetest and you can tell she loves her job!! I’d give it a 10 star � for sure
We have been at Tender Touch for 6 1/2 year for my daughter with 22q11 deletion syndrome. We have consistently been seen by OT/ST/FT and on and off for PT. Tirzah has made steady progress due to the therapists being interested in her as a person, seeing that challenging her appropriately is the only way to get real progress. My son has been going to Tender Touch Therapy since they opened. He’s been there for 14 years and we couldn’t be luckier to have such a great group of therapists working with and for Tyler. They are very knowledgeable and treat Tyler like he’s one of their own. We love TTT!
My son has Angelman syndrome and has been receiving therapy at Tender Touch for about 10 years. We were so happy they opened right as our previous therapy office closed its doors, as finding therapy in Kenosha was tough. Andrew loves going here for OT and PT and always gets excited when he sees the building from 52nd Street! Everyone is so kind and caring. They always keep therapy fun and interesting.
