Took my dog for her appointment to be cut and bathed at 8am. Girl up front wasn’t to friendly and acted as if we didn’t have an appointment! My husband usually takes her so this was my first time there! I wasn’t pleased at all! The property outside appearance was off putting and nasty as well! But Usually by 10am we get the call she’s ready! Today at 11:30 it’s still gonna be a while before she’s ready at least 2 more hours. We have 4 ahead of her! Kay Ebetino I am sorry you had a bad experience. When you dropped off you said to call you when she was ready. We were unaware of you waiting around town. We would have had her in and out if we would have know. Coming back up to the shop hours after you left yelling at everyone and calling people names in front of a 7 year old that was scared was uncalled for. Tender Touch does a wonderful job with our Border Collie, Liam. They know exactly how to groom him and he looks beautiful. He developed arthritis since his last visit and they were very careful to make sure he was comfortable. I was so pleased with all their attention and care.
I have a chocolate lab mix and a yorchi. Both my babies go to tender touch since they were young puppies. Excellent service every time.
We adopted a ten year old rescue dog with skin issues. Tender Touch has solved his problems and treats him like a super star. Little Man always looks great after a visit. Love everyone there.
