I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Rotowa for over 7 years, and my kids and I absolutely love him and the staff that work in the back with him. The girls that work up front are a different story which is why I rated the office so low. They are rude and very disrespectful to patients. Tender Touch needs to remember that the people out front are the face of the business, and they set the tone for how the visit will go.
