new ownership = customers leaving happy ok, so after reading these bad reviews, i was really afraid to go to this store, but i was in a rush and just did. anyway, i got really really good service!! while i was getting my gifts wrapped i also decided to get a key made and both turned out great. when i went to pay i saw a sign that said "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" so i guess that is why i had such a good experience.
