My new favorite place , This beats HALLMARK – LOVE LOVE LOVE tender sender ! It use to be weird going into this place the staff would have sour attitudes about everything but recently i went in to wrap a gift to begin with the staff was TOTALLY nice i enjoyed there company while my gifts were being wrapped.Im a bit picky when it comes to small details but after 20 min all of my gifts were wrapped to perfection. THANKS TENDER SENDER , I'll be back very soon :-D

THANK YOU TENDER SENDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place has awesome customer service!!!!!! They have really nice boxes- that turn into a second gift (Great for storing albums,accessories and much more)! Their wrapping paper selection is endless and meaningful.... my cousin likes to travel so I picked the wrapping paper that had a map print... which came with a really cute ribbon..... they just received some really nice Christmas boxes in all different sizes....the prices are great as well.... Job well done I really like this place. I went to get a couple birthday gifts wrapped and shipped and they did a great job. The employees were really helpful...told me my choices, different ways they could package and ship, etc. They just added a ton of great wrapping options for the holidays and they're pretty inexpensive in comparison to department store wrapping departments. Definitely going to make a return trip very soon for my Christmas gifts.

best store i love this store. i had heard so many bad comments about the this store, and how to stay away from it, but going into that store and buying those nices boxes made me fall in love with it. and there wrapping is even better. i couldnt beleive at how cheap the prices were also. i will be back to that store again. my new favorite store

helped me ship i went to tender sender last week to ship my xmas gifts. i had many different presents to ship and they helped me organize all my gifts into boxes and shipped them in a very organized manner. i'll definitely go back because of their great customer service.

$160.05 wow let me just tell you the best customer service i have ever encountered. they had so many choices to choose from. in fact i didnt feel like i was a customer i felt like i was a relative. they treat you like family. they are under new management and there goal is to bring you many choices with reasonable prices. they even took the time to walk me to the car because i had many packages. when i was there i was not ignored, several of their employees had suggestions. as new customers arrived they would help them as we... read more

INCOMPETENT Not only are they RUDE but they are also incredibly INCOMPETENT. The customer rep cannot handle specific instructions and requests. She was also argumentative and snippy. I will NEVER go back to this establishment ever. So very disappointed.
