It's a family own business and I am not satisfied with what they provide to their employees to work with their clients.

Amazing company! Everyone is so kind and just genuinely wonderful human beings. It feels like they truly care about their employees and clients.
The quality of care is not consistent. I had an amazing worker who retired. She let us know of her retirement 2 weeks before she left. It's now been a month since that announcement and they are just now actually considering looking for a replacement. I called Charles on Wednesday begging him to just find me one worker as I am running out of food and basic necessities.
