Physical therapists were very nice. They listened and addressed all my concerns, got me moving and helped me get mobility back quickly. The only downside is I was released from home care 14 days earlier than I should have.

The nurses and therapists were great. However the Medford office for scheduling is the worst. First couldn't find paperwork. Then it took another week for them to schedule someone. No communication when someone would come to the house. Left messages with nurse manager and no call back. Would not recommend them. It took two weeks after mom's discharge from rehab to finally get someone to come in when it should have already been scheduled.
With my husband having several back and neck surgeries, we’ve had several experiences with different home therapy teams. I had home physical therapy, my therapist was was very good. My therapist assistant was wonderful never rushing and very kind and friendly very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, she really deserves a metali was so fortunate to have been assigned to her., unfortunately I can not say the same for occupational therapy my. PTA WAS TERESA, SHE REALLY HELPED ME IMPROVE, I WILL REALLY MISS HER TREATMENT VISITS, ANYONE ASSIGNED TO HER WILL BE VERY THANKFUL
