This is the true definition of TENDER LOVING CARE!!!! It has been 3 years that my mom became ill to where she requires 24hrs care. I was referred to a program where I could become her full-time caregiver. I was given a list with several providers to choose from, but my first call was to TLC. I thank God that I called them!
