excellent These groomers know what they're doing. I have a Westie and have been taking her to be groomed by TLC for many years. People are nice to deal with too. Theirs groomers know how to give a professional looking cut and their prices seem to be reasonable. Whenever I've tried another place, I'm always disappointed. PROS: great dog haircuts; really get the dogs clean CONS: Parking can be difficult.
Your Dog will Love it! I've been taking my dogs there for more than 12 years and every time they take expert care of them. They even remembered my dogs when they pass away -- that's how much they care. Their prices are comparable to others in the area, but I like them because of the personalized service and my ability to get my dogs in for a bath practically whenever I need to. They also have pickup and delivery, which is nice.
Terrible! NO TLC here! This place is a nightmare. On a busy day they will do 120 animals and have over a doze groomers on staff! It's a madhouse! I have seen them lose dogs, shave dogs that were not suppose to be shave... On and on, yikes! I will NEVER go back. They are completely out of control over there!
