The staff that works here is horrible. They spend their shifts out in cars having sex, screaming and cursing on phones, playing loud music, and neglecting the clients. This company knew a client had a horrible bedbug infestation at one apartment building and brought it to another apartment building that had no problems with bedbugs. The whole building has been infested thanks to this company and it has caused a lot of issues for numerous people. Far from loving more like abuse and neglect! I have lived near clients they services and the staff is the absolute worst. They leave the clients alone all the time. One staff curse and yell the entire time she is working or lack of. I have called the police numerous times and has completed reports with State.
