I wanted to thank the staff of Tender Heart. We had to recently put our fur baby Jax down. That was the hardest thing we had to do with one of our animals. They we're very sincere and compassionate to our family. They made this process go smoothly and the Dr explained everything too us before she did it too. They never once rushed us and let us spend as much time with Jax before finally having to leave him. RIP Jax 9-18-17
We are newer to the area. We have done animal rescue and rehabilitation since I was a child. This means I was used to using the same one or two vets my entire life. I was scared and leary of using a new vet. I was skeptical but after our second visit, I knew we were going to be super happy here. We love all the staff and our animals often act like they would rather stay with them! The veterinarians and staff at Tenderheart are such a caring group. They go above and beyond to serve animals and people. I've taken my kids' pets and our dogs there for years & adopted a stray from there as well. We love Tenderheart!
