This place is amazing! The staff and Veterinarians are wonderful and so kind. I have been seeing them for almost two years now, but had only really need to go in for routine visits. I had always been impressed with this team. However, recently my pup was thought to have an acute injury that Tender Heart was not going to be able to treat, as it would require a surgery. They are the most caring and loving group of people from the time you enter the building to the time you walk out the door. We always receive a follow-up call to make sure our family member is doing well. We had to help Sir Stewie with his walk over Rainbow Bridge and she was so caring, loving, and gentle. Dr. Retchloff has been our doctor for 11 years come this October and we have been so blessed to have found her. Thank you Dr. Retchloff and team for being so kind and loving.
They have the nicest staff and genuinely care about you and your pet.
The women were awesome. All of them were so friendly and caring. The dr was great n vet tech both super nice n friendly. Very informative well knowledgeable
