I love the doctor, she is great with the kids and explains everything that is going so you can understand it. Most of the techs are kind and professional but some come off snobby and like they'd rather be somewhere else. Sometimes among the staff you can hear their personal conversations and that is a big turn off for me as a mom and client
The hygienist and Dr.Kim are top notch folks. Great people, and easy to deal with.

I have been trusting the employees of Tender Care Dentistry for many years. All five of my kids feel at ease and actually look forward to their appointments. Although the drive from Lusby to Charlotte Hall is long; I feel the quality of care makes up for the sacrifice of travel. All of the staff at TCD show remarkable care from the doctors to the front office staff.

I love this place and so does my daughter!! They are always so patient with your children and you! Great pediatric dental practice!!
Wonderful dentists and assistants! Everyone in the office is very friendly and very willing to answer any questions and explain procedure thoroughly. I have taken my kids here since they started going to the dentist and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff!
Twice we have tried to take my daughter to another dentist for her first dental appointment and cleaning, and twice she has been too scared to get past sitting in the chair (she is also developmentally delayed). Tender Care was very patient with her, and did much to calm her and relieve her fears.
