Inform The staff was very pleasant and took wonderful care of our son. It would be helpful to be more informative about the visits that go beyond a cleaning or check up. We were not very informed prior to our appointment about what would be expected. We were given option of using laughing gas the day of the visit. It would have been nice that this was discussed prior to the day of his actual visit and not having to make a decision on the spot. Always a great experience at Tender Care. My grand babies love going to the dentist. Everyone there, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are wonderful, sweet people. I wish there had been a dentist office like Tender Care when I was a child.

My 4 1/2+ yr old GrandDaughter loves her Hygenist Rachel, and Dr. Kim! She has absolutely has no trepidation about her Dental Appointments, and actually says aloud "Hi Rachel!, Hi Dr.,!" every time we drive by the office. There's never a wait once we arrive for our appointments, and everyone is so friendly! The atmosphere is colorful and engaging, and the entire staff is so welcoming and friendly! We recommend Tendercare (Charlotte Hall, MD) every chance we get!

My son had a great appointment. We were called right back and the staff worked efficiently on his cleaning. He loves the token they give him so he can pick a prize. This is a good dental practice, for anyone looking for one. Thanks.
