Staff was very professional and courteous! The environment is child friendly and my son (8yrs old) had a pleasant time enjoying the overhead movie while getting his cavity filling completed.
I brought my son to his first visit at tendercare and was pleasantly surprised. All the staff were very nice and helpful. My son enjoyed playing during the wait and afterward said everyone was nice. I took a star off only because of wait time. Though that may have been specifically to deal with first time patient procedures behind the scenes. Other patients went back shortly after arriving. Looking good forward to bringing my son back.

Friendly, Excellent Customer Service My father brought my daughter in today for a routine screening and I sent a note for the Dental Hygienist and Dentist. My dad said they did great with her as always. My father said the staff were all welcoming and helped him out alot. I really appreciate everything today since I was unable to bring her. Thank you for the note back to me. I thoroughly appreciated seeing as though it was unexpected. Thank you so much!!!

Usually my kids appointments are quick. However today we were in there for 2 hours and 20 minutes???????
