Overall my experience for my son's first dental appointment was outstanding. From the time we walked in and he saw the giant boat he had a smile on his face. They even gave my son two prizes at the end of his appointment :) The only down side to the appointment was we had to wait until the insurance was verified before he could be seen. My husband's insurance switched the beginning of the year and he was not aware. It turns out my husband's new insurance is out of network, but routine dental visits will be covered! The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Kim is so patient and kind to my girls. The ladies at the front desk are awesome, They are always willing to work with my crazy schedule!

As always, nothing but a great experience at this office. Dr. Dana and her staff made my daughter and myself at ease through my daughter's dental procedure. She explained everything before she got started, during and wrapped it up quickly. Thank you Tendercare.
Amazing staff; courteous, friendly and always patient. Wait room is great for the younger kids and movies provided for all children. My daughters have been seeing Dr. Kim since 2009, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Building that trust makes the visits more relaxed and puts the kids apprehensions at ease. The staff involves and explains all procedures so you are never left wondering or have doubt. The drive for us is 45 minutes +, but I would drive that and then some just to keep my girls with Dr. Kim.

My son has been a patient here for years. I NEVER have an issue making appointments or getting seen. My son is comfortable with Dr Kim and loves the hygienist. I would recommend your office to everyone. My only down side is having to travel 45 mins, but it’s definitely worth it!!
