The doctor that works here is fast and take care but the hours are wrong I just called and they aren't open. We've had an account that the front end forgets to put in paperwork to the insurance and waits until we call after a week or so. Just needs a bit more attention to detail and care but overall not a bad clinic (Update: Sept 17th 2025) 1. La atención de la recepcionista muy grosera, irrespetuosa, tan solo con preguntar un par de veces para saber si ya me atendían se alteró y empezó a gritar que me sentara o que me fuera si no quería esperar más ….. que pésimo servicio !!!! Como permiten gente así en atención al cliente !!!!!!
Worst of the worst the girl that does referral’s is obnoxious rude and is not willing to help she answers with an attitude. They say they will call you that same day and they don’t until you call them.
I had a good first time experience coming here. I went in for a walk-in for flu symptoms & was only at the clinic less than 2 hours. Right away they did a Covid test and was negative. The front & back office staff were very friendly. NP Ms.C took very good care of me. She really listened to all my symptoms and provided me with the proper treatment.
My experience at this clinic was positive. I understand care must be taken when there are illnesses going around but the staff was professional, performed a covid test, and the doctor did a thorough check of my eyes ears nose and throat. I will continue to go to this clinic in the future
