My cat was having symptoms of a blockage much like a few years ago which at that time resulted in emergency surgery to remove bladder stones. I visited 3 days in a row and received the most amazing service. Due to Covid-19, I was not able to go in with him. They were wonderful and called me every 5-10 minutes to update me on what was going on and what they were seeing. Love how the staff and vets are all so concerned about the welfare of my fur baby. They are very professional with still being extremely friendly, kind and caring. This is my 5th pet to take to Tender Care. Always know we are in good hands with them. Most recent trip was for an emergency during the Covid-19 lock down. Very friendly and my pets never have a problem going there
Dr. Lyons is wonderful!!! I have a pretty “spirited “ puppy that just had surgery 2 actually. She was spayed that went very well, the removing of a troublesome dew claw on the other hand has been rather difficult. Sofia has not been very cooperative (as puppies are not). Dr Lyons has been more that fantastic dealing with and treating her, she is very gentle loving and compassionate. She is definitely following her passion and found her calling. They are very caring of your needs and have gentle hands.
The doctors and staff at Tender Care recently boarded and cared for our two cats while we were on a two and one half week trip. I was worried about boarding them for so long, as they are very dear to us. I am happy to report that they had excellent, loving care and came home happy and healthy. The boarding staff gave them play time and attention, which they are used to. They were very kind and patient when we phoned to check on them. I use the vets at Tendercare for my boxers. Both Drs Wagner and Lyons are awesome. I also board my boxers there if I have to go out of town. They are very well taken care of. I highly recommend.
The staff and Doctors are very friendly and helpful! They get me in very quickly if I have an emergency. This is the best doggie dr I have ever been too. I highly reccomend this office and everyone in it.
