Saw the server once when the order was taken. Ordered 2 appetizers-spicy tuna on crispy rice and crab hand rolls & 2 dinners- steak tartare and rainbow roll. They brought the spicy tuna and steak tartare first. The other appetizer and dinner didn't come for well over 15 minutes. Food was average at best but how do you force 2 people to eat almost 20 minutes apart? Perhaps your server should focus more on the customers and less on talking about how drunk she was the last time she went out.
Great food, beautiful and pleasant staff. Wonderful ambiance and again great food. Have the steak, any steak. Top notch service ✨✨✨
Can not thank the staff enough we arrived in New York with no years eve plans and the staff were so accommodating. We had an amazing evening meal and allowed my daughter who is 4 to dine with us again very warm welcoming and friendly throughout the whole evening hope you all had a lovely new year definitely would recommend, also had no issues with access just showed NYPD reservation and they let us through.
The service was terrible. The manager was even worse, if that's possible.
