Allyson is amazing! I struggle with TMJ because I clench my teeth when I sleep, and she relieved so much tension in my face and neck. She's warm, friendly, and kind, and the atmosphere at Tend + Nourish is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone with a lot of stress.
