My first time there met the nurse who was absolutely lovely going to the see the doctor today and hopefully have the same experience
Dr Muna has been my GP since Dr Lyndal retired. Both excellent doctors but Muna especially. I'm very sad that he's leaving. Thanks for looking after me and both my parents when they were at Bupa Bethesda, the 6 monthly meetings to discuss their care, and booking me for driving lessons.
I like that I can get the earliest available appointment at any of the Tend practices and still get continuity of quality care.
I am enrolled at the clinic but to get an appointment when you need it, it never happens. Was booked in for an appointment at 9h15 and when I arrived at the center I got a message on my phone that my appointment has been canceled due to sickness of doctor. I went to see the receptionist to rebook and was told it will be somewhere in September. I walked away.
