This office installed an improperly sized crown last year. I informed them immediately that it was too big and I explained that I have a connective tissue disorder and am predisposed and highly sensitive to issues like teeth movement. *second edit* I’ve now confirmed not one single filling that the Tend dental team told me I needed was actually needed. Please get a second opinion if they suggest dental work you don’t feel comfortable with. edit* Do NOT go here. They will try to sell you fillings you don’t need. Awful place Loved my visit here! DO NOT go here! Earlier this year, in January, I decided to try Tend since I live nearby and had passed it countless times. The facility was beautiful, modern, and very clean, and I was excited to give it a try. I went in for a routine cleaning. After taking X-rays, I was told that my teeth were "so far gone" and "the worst we've seen in a while." The front desk staff, office manager, and dentist were all kind and professional, but I had a very difficult experience with a temporary hygienist named Raj. After the initial exam, she recommended a deep cleaning treatment plan costing around $3,000. I explained that this was not financially possible right now and would need to wait until next year.
