The hygienists and front desk staff are genuinely wonderful (kind, professional, and easy to work with). Unfortunately, I’m leaving over surprise billing. I was not given clear upfront cost information and ended up with unexpected charges after my visit. I don’t have the bandwidth to navigate that repeatedly, so I’ve moved to a practice with more transparent billing. If they fix that process, this place would be easy to recommend.
Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist hands down. Update: anything beyond a simple cleaning is painfully difficult. You can’t reach the office directly, there is lack of communication about care, and straight up bad care. I had a crown crack after a month. I’m unable to resolve it and will likely have to pay out of pocket at another dentist.
Do not use Tend Dental plain and simple. I have wanted to get my teeth whitened for a while and it was easy to book the appointment online. I had a dental cleaning there a few weeks before the whitening appointment and asked the dentist in person if there was anything on the exam that would prevent me from getting whitening done.
