Toni and Ronnika were great! They made my first experience here worth it and I am excited to be returning to the dentists (imagine that!). Service was speedy and the team here is so knowledgable.
I have been a patient at Tend for the past couple of years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment today (6/27/26) at the Capitol Hill location, arrived on time, and found the office completely closed with the doors locked and no staff present. I have had a very disappointing experience with Tend Capitol Hill. On two separate occasions, crown installation and X-rays were performed without clearly informing me beforehand that they would be done or that they could result in additional charges. Each time, I was later surprised by the bill and had to pay for services I did not knowingly authorize. My main concern is the lack of transparency. Incredibly dishonest about their billing practices. I was a new patient and was told I needed X-rays during a routine visit. They did not ask when I had last received X-rays or for a copy of those records. I then got a bill for $100 because some of the imaging they took was not covered because it was duplicative of prior imaging within the past few years.
