They cancelled my wife’s scheduled spa service an hour before our 24-hour cancellation window over her disability. Will revise my review if and when the resort remedies the matter. This is a matter that likely would have impacted our $7k+ commitment to the resort in the first place that we are now locked into and can’t cancel for a refund.
The spa is beautiful with such kind and accommodating staff, I had the customized organic facial with Daniela as my Esthetician and she was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!
Luz has done my pedicure twice now, and she is amazing! She makes me feel so relaxed and always does a wonderful job. It’s truly an elevated experience, and I love going to Tenaya Stone Spa when I want to pamper myself.
