My review started as 5 stars for our first visit and has declined each time. We’ve been 3 times now - day after our Disney Wedding in august- no discounts no wedding package perks, then on feb 14th when we had a fire alarm go off and was escorted to DCA in just our robes (had to exit the spa)…. and we had this place on such a pedestal but today it has just declined in service. I had to call the front desk just to get tea - just smh we went today with the 80 minutes couples massage so paid a lot more than we usually do just f... read more
My husband and I had a couples message. We had a really acceptable experience. I would recommend a message after a long day of walking around the park. Just makes for a great relaxing end to your day.
It was an amazing experience. The treats they offered were delicious, several different types of water everywhere. Everything was very clean and they thought of everything to make a person feel special.
