The lady I spoke with on the phone gave a disclaimer that she is NOT a lawyer, and cannot give LEGAL advice, meanwhile proceeded to tell me the landlord can evict me over owing $0. I’m no dummy, I know this isn’t the case and I call to receive legal assistance and advice not for someone to attempt to make me feel bad and unprotected. I called for some resources and who ever answered that phone was so rude i had two questions to ask after that first question i didnt want to ask anything else one thing I hate is bad customer service and rudeness for no reason if you unhappy with your job didn't want to work that day I suggest you stay home.Because that women was so rude for no reason.
Finally got help, it took five months , but Finally got someone to listen
Victor was very rude from the beginning. I was respectful and just needed someone to actually listen and give advice. Once he answered the phone like he didn't care, I already knew there was going to be a problem but I still stayed positive....until I wasn't. Hey Victor, since you just see me as nothing but just another number then why are you working there? The "conversation" got so bad that I just gave up and asked to speak to a manager. I truly hope that they pull that voice recording.
