I had an amazing experience with the Tenant Union Representative Network. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided me with the information I needed to understand my rights as a tenant. The office was clean and well-organized, which made the process much easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of tenant support.

They sure didn't help me. I called for help with security deposit. The woman on the phone tells me after she asked me about my whole life. She proceeds to tell me there's no way they can help me because I don't have an email address. Like everybody in the world has to have an email address nowadays or even know how to work a computer and let's get technical even a phone. I wouldn’t be surprised if they work for the Landlords themselves. No contact for months, then when I finally get a walk-in, I’m told “if I don’t like it, move somewhere else” why would that ever be spoken out of tenant advocates mouth.
