Tanisha is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I've paid 150.00 placement fee that is supposed to be refundable within 2 weeks. I've been calling and emailing about when I will receive my money back. No response I guess she is upset that I wasn't interested in the property I was seeking due to disrespect and poor customer service. I've gotten rude disrespectful emails from her and I don't recommend this service to nobody.

She called after the showing and told us due to your horrible attitude, she was no longer cosigning. So please stop lying by saying that you personally chose not to rent from us. You forfeited your placement fee when you decided to have your boyfriend attempt to physically assault one of our leasing agent, claiming that he was rude to your mother, which was a lie. I went through this company because I had a prior eviction on my record. I thought that this place was great when I first looked it up because it was exactly what I was looking for. But I found out only a month within my tenancy that this was not what I expected. The owner of the company is very unprofessional and didn't respond to my complaints about the landlord. The complainant came to our company to get a place to rent through our 2nd Chance Rental Program, due to her having a previous eviction on her record from 2017. She rented a 2 bedroom single family house with one of our landlords in the program. She failed to mention in her complaint that she paid her rent late the entire time she was there. September 1st rent was paid September 11,2018. October 1st rent was paid, October 11th. On October 27th she told the landlord she would pay Novembers rent on November 9th, 2018. Which at... read more
Horrible customer service and poor attitude by employees who are supposed to be a representation of the company. Moving forward, hire more professional people who know how to thoroughly explain the process. I will be seeking a refund.
