I strongly advise against trusting this company with your property or your money. Property management is meant to simplify the lives of both owners and tenants, but this company achieves the exact opposite. Their lack of professionalism is staggering, and they are clearly understaffed--good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or address tenant issues in a timely manner. It's beyond frustrating dealing with a company that seems indifferent to providing even the most basic level of service.

Awefule company! Tenant Planet is the worst property management company I've had to deal with so far. I've been living in an apartment which is managed by this substandard organization for over 9 months and still don't have my parking tag. Should I even mention that I got the laundry keys last month? This shabby company from the real estat agent, Mauricio Aparicio, to the management team with Menahil Javed and Maham DOES NOT CARE about the renters once the contract is signed. Please avoid using this company at any cost for your property management because they do not care. They are not easily reachable and never response back to you when you need their service. They do not take a prompt action to repair and maintain the property, and they do not actively communicate with landlords when issues are poping up. Worst property management service ever.
