Mason has been such a pivotal role for us in helping get our home rented in the smoothest way possible when our family was going through a major transition (big move with a toddler and expecting one on the way). He has been so quick to respond, solution oriented and just generally helpful to any question or request we had. Highly recommend!
Our experience with Tenant Planet was, without question, the worst renting experience we've ever had. From the very beginning, communication was inconsistent and often misleading. We were given incorrect information multiple times regarding our lease, payments, and move-out process. At one point, we were told conflicting things about whether last month's rent had been prepaid--something that should be very straightforward for any competent property manager.
