I am a tenant. I guess this company is good for home owners but our experience as tenants with Jessica was extremely poor. From the get go, Jessica was impatient and pressurizing, which we ignored. She sent us a lease and gave us 24 hours. We were well within this timeframe, and had called Jessica, ready to sign the lease and was asking some questions, unfortunately she lacks patience and concept of customer experience/ or how to behave and told us “I should not have chosen you guys”.

I am a property owner. To this day, I have not met Mason Tinkham from Tenant Planet. I could tell from talking with him over the phone that he is someone I could trust to rent out my condo in Berkeley, CA and I am not disappointed.
