I hope that I had recorded what happened on 8.31’s visit at the Fort Lee office and reported the nurse who was in duty with us on that day. She forced to draw blood from my daughter’s finger without letting her have a moment to calm down. My daughter was nervous seeing the tool from the nurse. Very disappointed. Been with the practice for 10 years but have had enough.
RecommendedI am a health care professional who has worked as nurse for over 15yrs and the receptionist I spoke to this morning was the worst I have ever come across. Let it be known that I speak with an accent, but this receptionist’s discriminatory attitude, behavior, and tone of voice was appalling and offensive. Just because I have a accent doesn’t mean I can’t understand every derogatory and condescending comment that came out of your rude mouth. Dr. Andersen has been the best pediatrician hands down!
Shame on you Tenafly Pediatrics and Eun Joo Kim the so-called doctor. This "Dr. Kim" refused my 4 year old daughter a flu shot since she was 20 minutes late for an appointment. We were told the physician won't give the shot and the "flu shot nurse" has already left. The most basic shot that they give at almost any pharmacy and Tenafly Pediatrics doesn't have ANYONE on staff qualified or willing. Shameful.
I moved an hour and a half away about 6 years ago and i still take my 5 kids here! They are the absolute BEST!
All the doctors at this practice are incredible. They have been treating my kids for 18 years and I recommend them to everyone. Dr Starer is amazing❤️
