I used to use them, since they're a preferred vendor. Had a unit that has been out for repair for about 2 months with no communication. Caused my turnaround time to increase dramatically and the customer was quite upset on the delayed repair.

Tenacore is AMAZING. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone there is great. Amber and her team are very responsive and provide a great repair experience especially with the candy goody bags. They are always there when we need repairs or parts. I love the fact that they communicate with my team on their new shipments that could benefit our inventory especially when we need parts that other vendors cannot provide.

Tenacore has always been a pleasure to work with. They are fast to respond, knowledgeable, and if they are unsure of something then they will do their best to research the issue and reach out again. I can always count on them to handle any repairs I send them for a fair price and if any issues occur, they communicate with me during the entire repair process. Even though they are based in California, they repair and send items back to the midwest nearly as fast as local companies. A very nice company to work with

Tenacore is awesome. Kelly Chiarilli is amazing. Tenacore is my favorite company to use when shipping equipment. I send an email for the repair and in a very short time I have an RMA. Awesome!
