My child and I traveled to Los Angeles to meet with Dr Rosser only to have the worst experience ever. Our appointment time was changed and moved up to about 2 hrs from what we originally scheduled months in advance. Yet we made it happen because her front office staff advised they knew we had traveled from a far and would hate to reschedule our appointment. Who does that?
