Awful customer service, never call back or address your concerns. I called recently and the woman who answered the phone was rude, transferred me and then I was hung up on. I feel undervalued as a resident and struggle to be in contact with anyone here. Super unprofessional and disappointing, I work customer service and based on their attitude, they do of value their residents.
RecommendedI love this place 🥰🥰 Rita is a super cool property manager and Mario is a cool maintenance man! Neighbors are all quite accept when you start talking to them then they become such chatterboxes lol. Apartments are really nice. Rent is affordable, landscaping is beautiful and well kept. Nice place!!!!
