Sarah does a phenomenal job with my hair. I have a lot of hair and love being very blonde so it’s not easy to deal with. She always talks everything through with me and I’m always so happy with the end result. Reasonable pricing too.
Do NOT go to this place. These people do NOT value your time. These people owe me time and money. When I schedule with you twice, I expect to be seen promptly. No excuses for your staff.
I went there today and my hairstylist was a new talent. I was very excited to get my hair cut today. At first she was very nice. In the beginning she had to take a quick phone call before shampooing my hair. I said that was fine, I mean life happens. She gave me ideas of how to proceed with the short hair cut and what would look great on me. It wasn't until towards the end she asked does this look okay? I’ve been here multiple times and have never had complaints. This last time I went I booked with a senior stylist hoping I would get the haircut I wanted. Once she was done it didn’t completely look like what I wanted but I was appreciative of her time and effort. Once I got home and tried to style it, it just seemed like I got a rush job haircut.
