I was told by 2 other shops that an O2 sensor was bad. They inspected it and found it was the wiring. They took time to look����
Simply put they stripped my Oil Drain Plug and told me I have to purchase another or it will leak. $10.00 for a new one that they stripped. Terrible service, and communication. Also I got full service and they did not check cabin filter I know because I need one and wanted them to change it. I've had my oil changed at many 10 minute establishments before none this bad.
I took my car for normal routine oil change. I requested full service. I always request it to make sure my car is properly maintained. After about 20 minutes I see a tech jumping my 2012 maxima battery. That was strange. I asked the tech was there something wrong with my battery. He said no just corrosion.
