Unfortunately, I had to remove my 5-star review after weeks of rigmarole and confusion. The $5,600 price tag does not match the customer experience. The store manager was very kind and helpful until I asked for order support. Delivery was a disaster: the mattress was dirty and damaged prior to delivery, and replacement order confusion took nearly a month to resolve; that's a month without a mattress and delayed recovery from a recent injury.
