This is a corporate issue. The store and the employee working had nothing to do with my experience since it wasn’t their decision/policy. I spent over $200 on 2 pillows at your store. I tried it out in the store (laid on it for what a minute). And it felt fine. I’m a human, so I get typically 6-8 hours of sleep a night. I took the pillow home to use and slept on it for one night and realized that the quality of the pillow is not what I wanted. Now I’m just out that money? It was absolutely amazing and the bed felt good. I will definitely buy this soon. The Guy who showed us everything was amazing and super nice.
