I purchased a home in April of 06 and it came with a home warranty. My heat was not working properly so I called the home warranty company and Temprite is who they sent. When they did the work at my house they tried charging me an extra $100 for a 2nd thermostat. In the contract that was written up by another Temprite employee 2 thermostats were to be installed.
