WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Most unprofessional, careless and negligent company I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this company. I used a Groupon last week for a furnace tune up. It's been 60 degrees since the guy was here, so today was the first time I turned on the heat.... NOTHING. They send another guy out who flips the Emergency OFF switch back to ON, and then charges me $69. What an OUTRAGE and terrible customer service!

Office staff is incompetent argumentative dishonest and foul mouthed. They put me on hold but forgot to hit the hold button . I heard the entire conversation between desk person Tiffany and the other miserable individual "Jennifer" - while getting their story and dollar amounts straight and bad mouthing me . I mean seriously, Who do I think I am to question an illegitimate 900 dollar price hike in my bill, right?! We highly reccomend Temprite. We have used them 3 times. Twice they did a top notch tune up of our 30+ year old furnace. And then when we had a problem with a few of our baseboard heaters not working they quickly got out to us and quickly and correctly diagnosed and fixed our problem. Whether you need a simple tune up or have a problem Temprite will do a great job. We plan to use them always.

Robert P. , 10/27/2015 On 10/26/2015 we had Temprite install a Aprilaire humidifier in our townhouse in Sayreville, New Jersey. The past few years we had been experiencing dry noses and throat problems. Also, we had a lot of static electricity-when we would touch a doorknob we would get a nice shock. A few days after the humidifier was installed and set at 30% we don’t have those issues any longer. The installation was done in a little over an hour. Thanks Temprite.

I used Temprite for the first time and the technician sent over went straight to the problem. Not only did he fix my problem he found another problem with my HVAC. He was truthful and proved himself a valuable part of the company. They are punctual and let you know the time they will be of service. I used Temprite for a number of years until I learned that filters that they were selling to me yearly for ~$45 a piece can be bought online 6-pack for $12. The answer that I got from the President of Temprite is that they need to make a living. I didn't renew the contract and repeatedly asked to remove my name and account from their system, but they keep on sending to me the renewal contract every year, in spite of my request.
