Tempo is great! The office staff treats us wonderfully (kirstyn & brittany!) and our �home� is beautiful. The maintenance crew is super friendly, professional, and prompt! Thank you for making us feel at home!
The the definition of extortion would be TEMPO properties. In timber ridge before Tempo we had a great HOA's! Tempo comes in raised the HOA price and cut the services. Stay away unless you like to deal with a completely dishonest morally corrupt business. I have no clue how someone like the BBB doesn't shut down this scam of a company.

I have rented from numerous property management companies over the years and Tempo was overall very professional and fair throughout the process. My experience with them was well above par, very good response to maintenance requests, and I recommend them over other Management companies in the area.

Horrible Unproffessional Service, Chockfull of lies – I decided to rent with Tempo, only to later wish I hadn't signed a lease. I should have been suspicious from the start when the President Joanne didn't arrive on time for our apartment showing.
