Building is falling apart. Ignored maintenance requests. Overdue fire marshall inspections. Full eves trough and water runs down siding, in between walls and out electrical sockets. Its up to tenants to beautify and make "minor" repairs. Do not provide tax receipts unless you beg or get member of parliament to reauest for you.
II couldnt find a way to delete my older review... sorry. I was originally going to write an in depth commentary on the evils of Tempo and a loathing for Dave and his minions, then it donned on me. I am giving these guys far too much credit. Dave is doing what he can with what wiggle room he believes professionally applicable. Tempo works for a mystery company that bought the apartment complex where I have lived for more than 8 years. Never during my time with the first previous two landlords have I had too many problems, but Tempo has proven to be the most damaging to me thus far. STAY AWAY from this company!! The service is absolutely terrible. The owner will lie to you and treat you like a child. I will explain myself to him over and over and he will tell me that I’m wrong when there are facts behind my complaints. All they want to do is argue with you rather then work with you to fix the problems. If I could give this property zero stars I would.
