Building is falling apart. Ignored maintenance requests. Overdue fire marshall inspections. Full eves trough and water runs down siding, in between walls and out electrical sockets. Its up to tenants to beautify and make "minor" repairs. Do not provide tax receipts unless you beg or get member of parliament to reauest for you.

II couldnt find a way to delete my older review... sorry. I was originally going to write an in depth commentary on the evils of Tempo and a loathing for Dave and his minions, then it donned on me. I am giving these guys far too much credit. Dave is doing what he can with what wiggle room he believes professionally applicable. Tempo works for a mystery company that bought the apartment complex where I have lived for more than 8 years. Never during my time with the first previous two landlords have I had too many problems, but Tempo has proven to be the most damaging to me thus far. My dad lived in the townhouse that was under my name as I moved out of town. After he moved out he paid his remaining balance and was asked for an address to send my deposit to. They claimed they sent a bill with a remaining balance when he was told everything was paid for which I NEVER received. My dad paid the balance and this was over a month ago and I still have no received anything from them. I don’t recommend if you plan on receiving your deposit back. Next wave was so much better than this agency.

We did not choose Tempo, as the company we were with switched over to Tempo. That said, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service, quick maintenance responses and the willingness that Tempo has to work with their tenants. I’m glad we are with them and look forward to staying with them for many years to come.

Not to over hype it, but Beech Tree Manor was by far the best living experience in all 4 years of college. Maintenance was kind (without being weird), efficient, and always kept me in the loop, rent is dirt cheap, my neighbors are kind, and they're communicative and flexible and answer all my emails and texts ASAP. 10/10 would reccomend to people I actually know.

STAY AWAY from this company!! The service is absolutely terrible. The owner will lie to you and treat you like a child. I will explain myself to him over and over and he will tell me that I’m wrong when there are facts behind my complaints. All they want to do is argue with you rather then work with you to fix the problems. If I could give this property zero stars I would.
