Unfortunately I do not recommend even bothering. I’ve been waiting for several months to get in for a basic annual exam. The first reschedule was due to the Dr. leaving (understandable) and the second was due to being booked on a day the new nurse was going to be out of office. They called me a week prior to my rescheduled appointment to reschedule. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

Loved Dr Charles but the office staff had troubles with keeping their appointments straight, always loosing my appointments and making me reschedule even though I made them months in advance. I no longer go to this office as I have moved but Dr Charles was always so kind.
