I have lived here for over two years and it’s been a really wonderful place to live. Susan and Mark are really great, understanding, Attentive to the complex’s and residents needs. They never had raised the rent since we been here, and been very helpfully with any thing that we needed. Also, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors. Overall, great place to go home
Quite happy with management and their flexibility and communication, straightforwardness, and patience. Only gripe is some things are a bit outdated from the 80's, like the lack of A/C and the windows aren't energy efficient, otherwise a great place to live if you prefer renting over a mortgage. The neighbors are friendly and all the kids run around and have a great time in the complex
I lived here for 3 years and it was the best rental experience I have ever had. Susan and Mark are amazing and they truly care for each and every one of their residents. They were very understanding and flexible when I wasn’t able to pay my rent in full all at once. The buildings are cozy and easily made to be a home. The only reason I moved was because my family was growing and I needed more room, otherwise I would’ve been there forever!
I've been living here coming on 2 years now and I love this community. Susan is a wonderful woman to work with and very communicative and understanding. It's a very clean, quiet and SAFE neighborhood for kids! This place is truly great and we plan on being there for a while! THANKS SUSAN
We have lived here for close to 12 years. It is a beautiful area. The manager is wonderful! We are very glad for the room in these townhouses. They are big! Not the newest style but simple and comfortable. If you have 3 roommates and split everything it would be affordable and everyone has there own room. If you are looking for affordable and secure 🔐. This is the place!
