If your concerned about maintaining positive rental history think twice before renting from Templeton. I have been reaching out to them by phone and e-mail to get a rental reference for a past tenant for over a week. Their automated telephone system plays the message "press 2 to leave a message" but when you press 2 it repeats "press 2 to leave a message' rather then letting you do so. Been living in a complex (The Groves) of theirs for quite a few years- the managers change every 6 months- 1 year, as well as the maintenance staff. It takes a miracle to get anything fixed/replaced. They make sure the outside looks decent though so that people coming to look don't know they are moving into a slumlord type situation. Please avoid this management company, seriously.... I wish I could give zero (or even minus) star for this review. My advice is DO NOT even think about signing a lease there. It is the worst of the worst property companies I have ever come across and had to deal with. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The manager at the Douglas made a huge and terribly mistake about our deposit and has been denying to discuss with us regardless of how many times we have been trying to get in touch with her.
