The Worst Experience Ever! NEVER AGAIN
The pediatric receptionist are so lazy and unprofessional. I requested for my 4 month almost 5 month old's medical records because I recently moved and I have not received anything in 3 months. My baby boy is missing his shots and his monthly check ups all because of what.... Laziness!! Wth, and I keep calling every week sometimes 2 weeks but now I've lost my patience!! And yes I've signed a record release form a LONG TIME AGO

On March 30, 2026, my baby was born here at Temple. From my very first prenatal visit all the way through delivery, I had a truly wonderful experience at Temple. I have never met anyone unfriendly there. Every staff member I encountered was respectful, kind, and professional. Even my labor experience was very positive.
